本公司是由康力电梯股份有限公司的基础建设部门演化而来的。公司的目标是为客户提供最适合他们需求的高质量基础设施。在和为建立后，我们不仅团结了一批具有本地工作经验的工程师，同时也招录了一批具有海外经验的工程师。2017年公司与永鼎集团下属公司大恒数据科技有限公司达成战略合作，归属于属于永鼎集团旗下。
